Mr. Rice is currently President of Rice Aviation Group with offices in Fort Worth, Texas. He was previously with Cessna Aircraft Company, where he sold 120 new Cessna Citations in a twelve-year career and earned both Area Sales Manager of the Year and Division Sales Director of the Year awards.

A lifetime of aviation experience includes sales positions with Mooney Aircraft, Cessna Citation, and NetJets/EJM. Since 2007, Mr. Rice has served the global aviation community as a consultant and broker, including transactions in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, and the United Arab Emirates.

He is an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) with over 5,000 hours, including a CitationJet Type Rating with single-pilot privileges, Phenom 300 Type Rating and rotorcraft rating. He is active in the Phenom 300 simulator training program at the CAE DFW-West campus, providing support crew member services to stay sharp in jets.

He has served as a lay Biblical counselor at Christ Chapel Bible Church in Fort Worth. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin with dual majors in Finance and Real Estate. He has recorded six hole-in-ones. Mr. Rice has been married for over 42 years, with two children and five grandchildren.

Prior to joining Cessna/Citation in 1995, Mr. Rice was Leasing Director for USAA in Austin, Texas, where he was responsible for the performance of a 500,000 sf, class A, office portfolio. He currently holds a Texas Real Estate Broker’s license and adheres to the ethics and integrity of the National Association of Realtors in his aviation business.
